Bakul Foundation is an attempt to pool together the small individual energies of all the people interested in the social development of India starting with the state of Orissa. It acts on the belief that substantial change is possible when thousands get together. Hence, Bakul seeks to harness the huge and largely untapped volunteerism of students, retired persons, homemakers, working people and non-resident Indians for the development of the country.
